Suspension Yoga has come to Leewi! After a successful month of demo classes, we will be adding Suspension Yoga to our Regular Temperature Schedule in February on Mondays at 1:00pm and Saturdays at 8:30am. Pre-Registration required; please phone into the studio for more information!

Mom & Baby Workshop : Beginning January 11th, 2012  : 10 Sessions for $150 +HST  : 1:30 – 2:45pm. Drop in Sessions available for $15.00 +HST

Michael Siddall Workshops – Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher : February 11th – Backbends and Opening Your Heart  : March 31st – Handstands, Inversions, and Armbalances. 2:00 – 4:00 pm  : $35.00 each or all three sessions for $90.00 +HST

Yoga for Tweens & Teens (Ages 10+): Beginning January 18th, 2012  : 10 Sessions for $150.00 +HST ($15.00/class)  : Wednesdays @ 4:45 – 5:45. Drop In Sessions Available for $15.00 +HST
