Holistic Healing

Yoga Therapy and Meditation, Psychotherapy, Medical Intuition

June Bradley

Yoga Therapy is distinguished from regular yoga in that it puts the healing emphasis on specific areas of the body and mind. Yoga therapy may target mental and emotional areas of distress such as anxiety, depression, and stress. It can also focus on chronic pain or a part of the body, which is not functioning optimally due to injury or illness. Services are offered through individual or small group experiences. June’s focus is with the integration of mind, body and spirit to promote a holistic experience of healing.

About June
