Information & Etiquette

  • Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to find parking, sign in and set your mat in the room. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
  • Avoid eating at least 2 hours prior to your practice and drink plenty of water to ensure you arrive well hydrated.
  • Please remove your shoes at the door. Classes are done barefoot.
  • Ensure cell phones or any other mobile devices are turned off.
  • While in the yoga room, please observe silence as others may be meditating
  • Please leave your personal belongings in a locker or in your car.

Helpful Tips

  • Kindly pick up and neatly store away any props that you used during class.  
  • Stay for a full Savasana to reap the benefits of your practice.
  • Use a towel on top of your mat for all classes done in the hot room.
  • Listen to your body and be respectful of your limitations. Do what feels right in your body and everything will flow with ease.
  • While we encourage you to stay for the duration of the class, if you must leave early, please advise the teacher that you must leave early, place your mat by the door and exit the class prior to the Savasana.
